What I do: I look after the Health & Safety, Compliance aspects of the Business, along with providing support to the Directors.

Something you didn’t know about me: I rise at 5.20am three mornings a week to attend a gym class ‘Metafit’, but I make sure I’m in bed at 7pm so I get enough sleep!

What I do: I am a project coordinator with close to 10 years’ experience working in the utility market. From the moment the order is placed, I liaise with all parties involved to organise and deliver the installation of the utilities.
Something you didn’t know about me: I am a keen Rotherham United fan, I have currently visited 56 out of 92 of the Football League grounds.

What I do: I am a multi-tasking ninja (also known as a Project Coordinator). I have nearly 10 years’ experience within the Utility Industry. I am the point of contact, from acceptance through to completion, and it’s my job to liaise with all parties and ensure a smooth delivery of customer's expectations.

Something you didn’t know about me: I own more shoes than there is working days in a year - Imelda Marcos has nothing on me!

Chris Grieve
Technical Sales Director
What I do: As Technical Sales Director, I am responsible for the day to day running of the Technical Sales Team. My team consists of a plethora of experienced and skilled Designers and Managers, offering two main products: Consultancy Services and Direct Installation Services. Managing existing and developing new relationships with customers and contractors is key in my area of the business and is something we excel in, as well as keeping a close eye on the market to understand key changes and ensure our customers are informed buyers.
Nickname: ‘Grievesie’
Something you didn’t know about me: My sort of embarrassing claim to fame was being crowned Yorkshire Chess Champion when I was 9 years old, which is really when I suppose my competitive side started. I’m a bit of a Golf fanatic now despite being pretty useless at it but believing I could be good. I am a major sport and football nut in particular, which comes from my younger years when I used to play football at a decent level locally.

Something you didn’t know about me: As well as working for Complete Utility Solutions, I am also a Chef, Nurse, Chauffeur, Teacher and Playmate (AKA a mum).

Stephen Ramsden
Commercial Director
What I do: I am the commercial director for CUS. A gas engineer by profession and highly experienced project and programme manager working for British Gas, Transco and National Grid for over 30 years (yes, I am that old!) I was heavily involved in the opening of the gas supply and transportation markets and was a signatory on the original Network Code (contract between Transco as the National Gas Transporter and energy suppliers.) This gave me a detailed insight and knowledge of the energy transportation market. I also managed the project which demonstrated to the UK Stock Exchange that the division of BG plc (Transportation Services) had the appropriate business controls in place to become a plc in its own right - this was the birth of Transco which subsequently merged with the National Electricity Transporter, and is now known as National Grid.
Something you didn’t know about me: I was a police special for 10 years and could often be found late on a Friday or Saturday night pounding the beat in Retford, politely discussing with alcohol loaded revelers the benefits of going home. I am also the 1979 Rotherham junior pairs tiddlywinks champion - unfortunately injury cut short my career before I made the professional ranks. My colleagues are unaware of my sporty past!

Rebecca Winn
Business Development Manager
What I do: I'm responsible for developing relationships with clients, whether old or new, and maintaining this with account management. I ensure any projects we are working on run smoothly, to time and budget and act as a constant point of communication.
Nickname: Skidders! Even though I am now a Winn my previous surname will not leave me!
Something you didn’t know about me: I love doing my bit for charity and I have done a 14,000ft tandem skydive, it's a knockout (twice) and slept rough (twice) and took part in a white collar boxing event and won fight of the night! I love helping others which also translates back into my job as I love making my clients happy! I’m also a bit of a fitness fanatic and love throwing weights about at a local gym called Streetwise. My current PB's are 115kg deadlift, 115kg Back Squat and a 62kg shoulder press – I’m the one they call in the office when something needs moving!
